Astronomy Night this weekend
This Saturday, Jan. 31, the Mead Observatory will hold an Astronomy Night at the Space Science Center in downtown Columbus. This event is free and open to the public. We'll begin at 6 p.m. with a presentation in the planetarium, and then move outside to observe the nighttime sky through the Space Science Center's fleet of portable telescopes. You are also free to bring your own telescope along, and, if you wish, we'll be glad to give you pointers on operating it!
