Admission is FREE and open to the public; however, be aware that the state park charges a $5 parking fee per vehicle. Those attending are welcome to bring their own telescopes, and if desired, we will assist with telescope set-up and use. A map to the park can be found from the Mead Observatory website (or alternately, a direct link here).

Later that evening, we will hold a free public Astronomy Night, beginning at 7 p.m. with a presentation in the Omnisphere Planetarium. In addition, those who attended the seminar can now bring your telescopes outside, and our staff will give assistance and helpful pointers in their use.
